Withdrawal from the contract
Effective from: 19 July 2026
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Notify us of your withdrawal by email or post before the deadline expires. Return the goods undamaged; the buyer bears the return cost.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but no earlier than after the goods are returned.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
- goods made to measure or to the consumer’s specifications (e.g. made-to-order O-rings)
- goods in protective packaging that are unsuitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons
- goods that deteriorate quickly
- digital content supplied with the consumer’s consent before the deadline
For made-to-order goods we will alert you to this exception before a binding order.
