Withdrawal from the contract

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Notify us of your withdrawal before the deadline expires by email, by post or online using the “Withdraw from contract here” function. Return the goods undamaged; the buyer bears the return cost.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://oringy.sk/en/withdrawal/online or via the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of every page. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• •goods made to measure or to the consumer’s specifications (e.g. O-rings made individually to dimensions specified by the consumer)
• •goods in protective packaging that are unsuitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons
• •goods that deteriorate quickly
• •digital content supplied with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires

If you order goods made to your specifications or made to measure on the basis of a quote, the quote will state, before you accept it, which items this exception applies to. The label “Available to order” refers only to the delivery time; on its own it does not mean that the goods are made to measure and does not exclude the right of withdrawal.
