General terms and conditions

II. Product information and prices
Product prices are shown including VAT and remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the shop.
The product presentation is informational; the seller is not obliged to conclude a contract for every displayed item. Discounts cannot be combined unless agreed otherwise.
III. Order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer places an order by completing and submitting the order form. The data can be checked and corrected before submission.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order to the buyer’s email address. A changed offer is treated as a new proposal and requires the buyer’s consent.
IV. Customer account
Account registration is optional. The buyer must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
The seller is not liable for misuse of the account by third parties where the buyer fails to protect the access credentials.
V. Payment terms and delivery
Goods can be paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or at personal pickup. Delivery and payment details are on a separate page.
The buyer acquires ownership of the goods upon payment of the full purchase price. The risk of damage passes to the buyer on acceptance of the goods.
VI. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details and a model form are on the Withdrawal page.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or made to measure — which is relevant for made-to-order O-rings.
VII. Rights from defective performance (warranty)
The seller is responsible for the goods being free of defects on receipt. For consumer goods the warranty period is 24 months.
If a defect appears within 12 months of receipt, the goods are presumed to have been defective on receipt. The seller resolves a complaint within 30 days at the latest.
VIII. Service of documents
The parties deliver documents electronically to the email addresses given in the order or in the customer account.
IX. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the right to ask the seller for redress. If the seller rejects the request or does not reply within 30 days, the consumer may file for alternative dispute resolution with the Slovak Trade Inspection (ars@soi.sk) or via the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
X. Final provisions
The contract is concluded in Slovak and archived electronically. The seller may amend the terms; the wording in effect at the time of the order applies to a concluded contract.
