Withdraw from the contract online

If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Details and the model form are in the information on the right of withdrawal.

Please fill in every field. The description of the items is needed only if you withdraw from part of the order.

You will find the number in the order confirmation e-mail (e.g. O-2026-00052). If you do not have it, write the date of purchase and what you bought.

We will send the acknowledgement of receipt to this address straight away.

Fill in only if you chose “Only some items” above – for example the item name or code and the quantity.

By sending this you tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract. We will send you an acknowledgement by e-mail.
